Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Board hears and decides appeals when error is alleged in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of the zoning ordinance.

• They determine requested exceptions to the terms of the zoning ordinance and hear appeals for variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance.
• This board is the only board that has final authority over their decisions.
• The members of this board serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission concurrently.
